Congratulation on the success of President of the Iraqi Federation Mohammed Kazim Mazal was elected as President of the West Asian Weightlifting Federation, while Mustafa Saleh, also from Iraq, was elected Secretary General Secretary of the West Asian Weightlifting Federation. It also elected Ibrahim Al Amyan from Jordan as First Vice President and Dr. Basel Ibrahim from Syria as Second Vice President. The election was held in Doha, Qatar on December 22, 2025, kindly find result as follows:
