Malaysia Weightlifting Federation (MWF) hosted Under-17 National Championship in Perlis, Malaysia during 14 – 19 May 2025. With large number of 250 young athletes, they came together to compete and gain more experiences.
The second Under-17 Championship scheduled to be held from 18 - 22 June 2025 in Negeri Sembilan, with more than 150 participants expected.
For the Senior category, the championship took place in Rompin, Pahang at the end of July 2025 with over 60 athletes, and is scheduled to return in October 2025.
