Day 1, Jiangshan (CHN) – Welcome to the first day of 2025 Asian Championships which held during 9 – 15 May 2025 in Jiangshan, China. Our SEA athletes have been doing great jobs with 4 Gold, 5 Silver and 4 Bronze from Thailand, Vietnam and Philippines. We give big congratulations to them all!!
Let’s start with Women 45 kg, Pham Dinh Thi (VIE) finished 153 kg in Totals, win the first SEA medal in the third place. Next, Thanyathon Sukcharoen (THA) did her great job for the triple Gold – 200 kg Totals while Rosegie Ramos (PHI) — 197 kg as second place in Women 49kg. For Men 55 kg, Lai Gia Thanh (VIE) won Silver with 260 kg, also Kralisa Juliana (INA) won Bronze in Women 55kg.
